Account research for outbound prospecting
For outbound, Scouta tells you which of your target accounts fit and which have a reason to talk now. Add domains or a CSV; for each company it reads the website, job postings and news, finds dated buying signals with links, scores fit against your ideal customer, and suggests angles and three opening questions.
How it works
- Describe your offer, the industries, sizes and regions you sell to, and the roles whose hiring matters to you.
- Add target domains, import a CSV, or import companies from HubSpot (Team and Pro).
- Research the list: each account gets a fit score with reasons, its buying signals and a brief.
- Sort by fit, open the strongest, edit the brief and accept it, then export or push it to HubSpot.
What the brief gives you
- What the company does, from its own pages, with sources.
- Signals such as hiring for your target roles, funding, expansion, launches and leadership changes, each with its date.
- Likely priorities and angles for your offer, labeled as inferences.
- Three opening questions grounded in the signals.
What Scouta won't do
Scouta researches companies, not people: it doesn't find emails or phone numbers, build contact lists, sell data or send outreach. Everything it shows as fact links to a public page with a date.
What you pay
Try one company at a time with no account (3 a day). A free account includes 3 briefs. Plans start at $39 a month for 50 briefs, with a 7-day free trial.
Questions
Does Scouta write or send my outreach emails?
No. It prepares you with research and suggested angles. What you write and send stays with you and your own tools.
