Integrations
Scouta integrations
Scouta connects to HubSpot on the Team and Pro plans, in early access: it imports companies (name and domain only) as target accounts and adds an accepted brief as a note on the company after you confirm. Everything else works without integrations: CSV import, and Markdown or PDF export of every brief.
HubSpot Early access
- Connect by OAuth (owners and admins, Team and Pro plans). The access token is encrypted, and disconnecting deletes it.
- Import up to 1,000 companies that have a domain; existing accounts are linked, not duplicated.
- Push an accepted brief as a note on the matching company, only after you press Push and confirm. Scouta never creates companies.
- Scouta never reads or writes HubSpot contacts.
- Early access means it's built and works, and is waiting on its first connections with real HubSpot accounts.
Without an integration
- CSV import: a column named domain, website or url (and optionally company), up to 1,000 rows. Other columns are ignored and never stored.
- Export: any brief as Markdown or PDF, with its sources; the whole workspace as JSON.
Data sources
Research reads each company's own public website directly, and finds news and web articles through Exa, a search provider. These aren't integrations you set up: they're how every brief is researched.
Questions buyers ask
Does Scouta work with HubSpot?
